Fresh off a very solid performance, on a personal level, at the 2026 Baseball Canada Cup in Prince Edward Island earlier this month, Sudbury Voyageurs U18 infielder Brett Rienguette leads a group of ten locals who were recently named to their respective PBLO (Premier Baseball League of Ontario) all-star teams.

Cracking the U18 all-star roster both as a third baseman and designated hitter, Rienguette was joined by teammates Ethan Thompson (shortstop) and Colton Nowoselsky (catcher).

The U16 Voyageurs were represented by Owen Lamothe (shortstop & relief pitcher) while the U14 squad featured Olivier Projean (designated hitter) and Cam Roy (second base & catcher).

With just four teams in the U13 division in this inaugural campaign for this grouping, Sudbury landed no less than four athletes on the list. Trent Morris (third base), Rory McDavid (designated hitter & starting pitcher), Brady Ceaser (catcher) and Nathan Serafini first base) all found themselves selected to either the first or second team.
