A successful completion to a highly productive summer of soccer for Impact U15 Boys
2025-09-25

With their iModel season drifting well into September, the GSSC (Greater Sudbury Soccer Club) Impact U15 Boys were forced to call-up the reinforcements, closing off the 2025 summer campaign with a two-game set last weekend.

Though the Impact dominated stretches of their Saturday encounter with Richmond Hill, it was only midfielder Daman Lalonde who broke through offensively, netting the only goal of the game as Sudbury keeper Sebastian Gonzalez was brilliant when called upon, his team posting a 1-0 win.

This was a complete team effort though head coach Nigel Croome did take time to highlight the efforts of Xander Millett (a great game in a new position) and Liam Muldoon (his best game in an Impact jersey), while also thanking call-ups Xavio Cootes and Aaron Flanagan for their assistance.

One final competitive outing to close things off on Sunday as the Impact and Vaughan FC played to a 1-1 draw, with Ilyas Sambo finding the back of the net for the northern crew.
